Free IP address hiding software?

Hello!
Are there any totally free of charge "IP address hiding" software in the web? Currently i use "Platinum Hide IP" its not a free ware.
So if you know that kind of software please let-me know! Previouly i used "Tor" project " software its sharply reduce my network speed.
And also i want to know if i use that type of software "my network connection speed reduce or not?"
And also if i use that type of software my ISP can identify which site I'm visiting?

No i think you're completely misunderstand my question. I ask "Free software" like "Mozilla Firefox, Ccleaner etc" type. If i want pirate software why should i post it in here? I'll "Google it".
I wonder why should you think like that!
I again say "I want FREE Software" i don't want Crack or that kind of "Illegal" thing!

And second, I perfectly understood your question, that's why I openly wondered WHY you need it and what for. You misunderstood me, but I won't shout at you.
