Thanks for the heads-up but i think, and i hope some will agree, Bullguard just isn't that great.
If you want something decent, then MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials, for those thinking "MSE what?") all the way. Its free, its by microsoft and its light and does just as good a job in my opinion (This is coming from an ex-kaspersky Internet Security suite user.
Nothing better than Win Firewall, MSE and a regular scan of Malwarebytes.
