It is precisely via the Windows Personalization Gallery that end users can download the 7 UP theme for Windows 7.

very suspect if you ask me. if your that much of a 7up fan it'd probably be a better idea to just make your own.

well 13 mb is reasonable, still not sure why i would want a 7up theme.
