Freeze after computer sits idle

What's happening is when I leave the computer and come back an hour or more later, I will be able to move my mouse cursor around but I cannot bring up anything on the desktop (taskbar which is hidden, right click menu or windows key menu), and after I try to do any of these tasks or I move the mouse around more the pc just freezes and I have to hard boot.

What should I do?

HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR SYSTEM SPECS

In the line at the top of www.SevenForums.com you will see UserCP.
That is an abbreviation for User Control Panel.
Click on UserCP.
In the left-hand column, under Your Profile you will see Edit System Spec.
Click on Edit System Spec
You can copy and paste from the output of Speccy, Speccy - System Information - Free Download to fill out much of the info. Be sure to use the Other Info section of your System Specs for such info as your optical drive, your wireless adapter, your speakers, etc.[FONT=&quot][/FONT]

First of all these are the Main problems

Code: 
Symptom:    
Device is disabled.
Cause:    A device is disabled preventing it from working properly.
Details:    The device, ASUS 802.11n Wireless LAN Card, is disabled. If this device is no longer used it may be intentionally disabled. The Plug and Play ID for this device is PCI\VEN_1814-DEV_0781-SUBSYS_130F1043-REV_00\4-3009739E-0-0008.
Resolution:    1. Determine if you need the device.
    2. If you need the device, enable it in Device Manager.
    3. If you do not use the device it can be left disabled.

Symptom:    
Device is disabled.
Cause:    A device is disabled preventing it from working properly.
Details:    The device, Floppy disk drive, is disabled. If this device is no longer used it may be intentionally disabled. The Plug and Play ID for this device is FDC\GENERIC_FLOPPY_DRIVE\5-1EBD708D-0-0.
Resolution:    1. Determine if you need the device.
    2. If you need the device, enable it in Device Manager.
    3. If you do not use the device it can be left disabled.

Symptom:    
Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed.
Cause:    A device has a configuration problem that prevents it from working properly.
Details:    The device, IOCBIOS, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\LEGACY_IOCBIOS\0000.
Resolution:    1. Verify the correct driver is installed.
    2. Try updating the drivers using Windows Update.
    3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.
    4. Attempt to uninstall and then reinstall the device using Device Manager.

Symptom:    
The Security Center has not recorded an anti-virus product.
Cause:    The Security Center is unable to identify an active anti-virus application. Either there is no anti-virus product installed or it is not recognized.
Resolution:    1. Verify that an anti-virus product is installed.
    2. If an anti-virus product is installed and functioning configure Security Center to stop monitoring anti-virus status.


Symptom:    
The Security Center reports that User Access Control is disabled.
Cause:    User Access Control is disabled. It is highly recommended that you run Windows with User Access Control enabled.
Resolution:    Enable User Access Control using the Security Center.

1, Please Enable UAC.
2, Download Microsoft Securty Essentials and run a complete scan.
3, Reboot the System in Selective Startup Run Selective Startup using System Configuration
4, (IOCBIOS.sys) is the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility driver see if you can an updated driver for that if not it's better to remove them.
Go to Safe Mode and go to C:\Windows\Drivers and find that Driver and rename it to IOCBIOS.old then reboot the System in Normal Mode.

Ok, I've done all the steps, I was not able to find any drivers folder under windows in the C: drive and I searched for IOCBIOS.sys in windows explorer but with no results. I've already got MSE installed and the scan came up clean.

What next?

It didn't find anything important apart from non intel hardware and all these recommended to contact the manufacturer for updates, but I know they are all up to date.

Do you have any devices connected to Computer like printer, gaming pad etc. ? If so disconnect them all and test it.
