I assume the computer you are referring to is using the Radeon 6770 graphics card. If so, download and install the latest graphics card driver here: AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

Also, check that your graphics card is clean and free of dust, pet hair, etc to rule out overheating. After you have completed both of those steps, check back here with the results. If it is still freezing up and the driver is crashing, we will look into it further.

Yep, my graphic unit is ATI Radeon 6770 and its driver is up to date.
OS (Windows 7) is newly installed and updated.
I installed HWMonitor software to monitoring temprature of system parts and there was no temprature issue.
I dealt with same problem with an old Pentium 3 desktop rig was not resolved.
So please help me...

Can you locate and tell me exactly what graphics driver you are using from AMD? Version number is what I need to see.

Is there any way you can test it out on a monitor you know works good?

I can test it with Samsung 32" LCD TV via VGA cable.
when this problem occured screen freezes, pc hangs and Num Lock key did not function and CTRL+S does not work for saving so current situation in any software like Adobe Photoshop CS6 and other softwares. So I believe this issue is not revelant to monitor but I'm not sure.

It probably doesn't have anything to do with the monitor if the pc is freezing, but it is an easy test. While you are running those programs, try to see how much of your resources you are using...CPU/RAM. You can open up the task manager while all of those programs are up and running to see how much it is using. Also, what temps did you get from the program you are using.

Something I forgot to ask earlier, did this issue start when you installed the new driver? Or has it been doing it since you reinstalled Windows?

Also, have you overclocked this card at all?

I usually do this ... NO PROBLEM

I was being involved with the problem long before, I had to reinstall Windows but it occured early.

The biggest majority of the time, a crash and a funky pattern on the monitor means one of a few things is happening: Graphics card is getting too hot and is shutting down to protect itself, Graphics card driver is buggy and either updating to a new one, or reverting back to an older one will help, or the card has been overclocked and does not have enough voltage to run at those frequencies and you need to turn it down, or back to default clock speeds.

Do you have another video card you can swap it out for to see if the card is bad?

Do you have a friend that would help you out by either letting you borrow a video card to test, or that would let you test your card in their system?

I would monitor your temps and google what the temperature threshold is on that card......if it is getting warm and throttling, take the card out and blow it out with compressed air, getting the heatsink and fans. You could try and install an older driver from AMD's website as well. Also, make sure after you get the driver downloaded, before you install it, go into Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall your current ATI/AMD driver for that card. Always do that when updating your drivers, get the old one off first, then install a new one.

Other than that, I really have hit a wall with suggestions......maybe someone who knows more than me will chime in with a fix. If I have a moment of clarity and think of something brilliant, I will make sure to post it here.
