Freezing

My computer keeps crashing for a reason. It just started happening to me. I put the computer on sleep and when I wake it up and in 5 minutes it freezes. Please help. I am running Windows 7 64 bit and my computer is a year and a couple of months old. I scan it each day and keep it in good shape.
