French and Spanish characters on Korean Windows

Hello!

I have an Delphi application which is possible to execute in 3 languages: English, Spanish and French. If I run the application on English Win7 version everything works perfectly, BUT, if I run the application on Korean Win7 version, French and Spanish languages do not work properly. That's means the program doesn't show the labels correctly.

Is there any system variable that I must change to solve the problem?

I tried to solve the problem changing System locale but unhappily it doesn't work. Any other suggestion?

The program in question is most likey calling (or it should be) GetUserDefaultUILanguage() which tells it the value that shows up under Control Panel / Region & Language / Keyboards and Languages / Choose a display language. If the author of the program does not allow you to override its automatic reading of that value there is not much you can do.

Does it have lang files in its program folder? If so you can edit fr.txt to be what you want, etc.

Dear pcunite:

I'm the author of the program, so I have all the control. I take the texts showed in messages and labels from a constant array inside the source code. In the Settings option of the program I change the index in the array and all labels change automatically. Everything has been worked OK until now, even in Korean WinXP version.

My end user is a Korean Company and they are testing it in a Korean Win7 Version. He will send me a picture showing how the problem look like, in order to explain it better.
