Well, I'm now inclined to agree as we seem to be reverting to old trends.
I tried to run verifier again, going through the steps and apparently nothing was changed and still no dump files.

Do we have a next step?
It would help if the thing would be a bit more consistent.

It would help a lot. The only thing I know is to go over the tutorial again and make sure it is configured right. The only difference is to uncheck automatically restart. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

But that was why I was asking where you got the DVD. When things don't work the way they are supposed to, there is usually a reason.
