Frequent BSOD at random times 0x3b SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION win32k.sys

This week i got alot of BSODs at random times, they all have the same error which is 0x3b SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I ran chkdsk and memtest86+ but they found no errors. My memory runs at 1.65V 1600mhz, is it the problem?

Specs:
Intel core i5 4670k
8 GB RAM Kingston HyperX KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX
Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti Gigabyte Windforce 2x
Corsair RM650 PSU
Gigabyte GA-H87-HD3 Motherboard
1080p Resolution
