I've frequently been getting this BSOD-----> DRIVER_IRQL_NOT-LESS_OR_EQUAL

It's happened multiple times, sometimes even when the computer is simply idle, though I've noticed it's been more frequent when I've been downloading large files. This leads me to think perhaps it's network related? Either way, it's causing me great distress! Any ideas from the community about what could be the underlying cause?

Attached are the two necessary files. Oh and I have the problem signature from one of the incidents if anyone wants me to copy and paste it into the thread.

Blamed on netio.sys which usually means you malware application.

I do notice McAffee which is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!
