Welcome aboard, Karmakar. From Bengal I guess?

You are getting a Stop 0x109 error, which may be caused either a device driver, or by a faulty RAM. But, your dumps does not give a trace of any driver faulting there. Before blaming the RAM, let us be sure that no device driver is causing it actually.

In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

So, it is Atheros NIC driver.

Update the driver, you will get it in ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????)

Disable verifier for now. After doing the update, observe the system. If it crashes again, inform us with the dumps. We may suggest you to enable verifier again.

I tried to update the driver but they don't have any latest version of it there.. Is there anything else which can cause the crashes.. the only parts of my pc which are really old are the smps and the cpu.. is there any way to find out if there's anything wrong with them ??

That driver is causing the problem, either you have to update it, or you have to disable it. :(
