Frequent BSODs Win 7 x64

Hello
I just got BSOD by writing this thread and now Im rewriting it lol.
Anyways, lately I've been getting alot of BSODs on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I don't need to play game or anything, BSOD just happens randomly in my opinion.
I have dual boot system with Win Xp and Win 7. I have reinstalled Win 7 like 3-5 already and tried both 32 and 64 bit versions. Both giving BSODs. I've ran Memtest86+ with 2 RAM sticks and individually for about 3-5 passes. I have also updated drivers ( VGA, Network, Sound, Chipset etc.)

Any help would be appreciated.

EXTRA INFORMATION: Later dumps should be created with Driver Verifier running and Complete Memory Dump enabled. Older ones are just Small Memory Dumps without Verifier.

Related to Rt64win7.sys 8101E/8168/8169 NDIS 6.20 64-bit Driver from Realtek Corporation. I would re-install newest driver available.

Are all the minidumps referring to Rt64win7.sys ? Btw I have latest drivers for this card and reinstalling won't help. Any other suggestions ?

How do you know re-installing will not help. Have you tried it already? Did you use these steps to clear out any corrupted drivers?

• To fully re-install a driver, use the following steps.
  1. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
  2. Click Start Menu
  3. Right Click My Computer/Computer
  4. Click Manage
  5. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
  6. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
  7. Right click the device
  8. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  9. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  10. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
  11. Install the latest driver for the device.

  1. Login as an adminstrative user.
  2. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
  3. Click Start Menu
  4. Click Control Panel
  5. Click Hardware and Sound
  6. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
  7. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
  8. Right click the device
  9. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  10. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  11. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
  12. Install the latest driver for the device.

I examined my motherboard and found that about 3-5 capacitors are bulging and some of them have brownish thing on it. I am going to buy new motherboard (GA-G41M-Combo) and maybe also new PSU (Corsair 750AX). My question would be that what are the main causes that make capacitors to bulge ?

Power surges are one possibility. The board could also have been faulty and had some bad leads, bad capacitors, etc. Do you have a surge protector that your system plugs into? Are you sure it is working properly if you have one?

I am not really sure what you mean with surge protector but I can say that power comes straight from socket with extension cord between.
