Fresh reinstall, i got a BSOD atikmdag.sys

So... about a week ago i had Windows 10. My computer didn't work, so i reinstalled it. I got Windows 7. I reinstalled and i got all the drivers. Now, im posting in safemode. I can't enter normal mode because it crashes and i get a BSOD. It says something about atikmdag.sys. I tried some solutions, but they didn't work. Specs:

AMD Radeon 5450
Intel Pentium G2030
MSI....
4GB of ram
AOC monitor 50s (i think)
1x 500gb hdd
Please help!

Check MSI for BIOS updates and update/reinstall the AMD drivers using below instructions.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD.
