Hey Win7 Forums,
A friend called me recently because her computer isn't able to reach the internet. It's a Laptop running Windows 7, and is connected to her local network via Wi-Fi. The Wifi network is not the problem, because her family's computers and her phone are all working properly and are able to reach the internet - it's only her computer that's having issues.
I got her to open the device manager, and all the network adapters are working properly. I also got her to do IPconfig and all the values that should have numbers, do have them (Whether or not they're the proper values though, I don't know.)
Windows diagnosis isn't able to find what the problem is, and she's tried using her neighbours network and again, she's able to connect to it, but not the internet.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
