Hello,

I have in my computer Windows XP and I want to make a format in order to instal Windows 7.

My system charasteristics are:
Inter(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.40GHz 3,40GHz, 2,00GM RAMc

Do you believe it is possibe to make it without any problem or i.e. stack the Windows when I use them?

Thank you.

The CPU would appear to be able to handle Win 7. With only 2GB of RAM you are at a bare minimum and assuming the motherboard and other hardware are compatible you should only consider the 32 bit version.

I have no idea what "stack the Windows" refers to .

Otherwise during the booted http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html be sure to delete all partitions using the Drive Options pictured in Steps 7 and 8, Create and Format a New partition(s) as desired, or just click Next to let the installer do it for you.

Other tips are the same as here to achieve a perfect install and keep it that way: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164
