I'm having issues with my AuthenTec AES2501A finger print scanner
It shows up in Device manager but in Biometrics control panel it's not there. THe authenTec software also show that it's not there.

Any ideas?

I've tried unistalling and reinstalling but no luck

I have the same issue ;) I think it might only be a x32 driver, it worked fine on my x64 vista though, but when i had went to Win7 x64, the driver has stopped working. But for now, i'm just getting used to typing in my passwords :D GL
