Hi guys when I have a HP pavilion dv4 laptop and whenever I am trying to watch a video or anything on my pc in full-screen when I change the volume it switches out of full-screen. I use the volume button on top of the keyboard, and when I press it a volume bar comes up showing that the volume is changing and that is when it goes out of full-screen. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

As explained in this thread, it's just a quirk of the HP MediaSmart software. There's no way to disable the volume popup independently, however; you'll have to uninstall HP MediaSmart from Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Let me know if you have any questions.
