Every time i switch the screen output to monitor, television, or extended display, the position in which the gadgets were would change and it is a pain to have to move them around all the time. this also is the same thing with the icons. could someone please help me with this proble or redirect me somewhere where i may be able to get help? thank you very much

That`s totally normal, if you just leave them where they are on the monitor you use most often, that`s the best you can do. There`s no reason to keep moving them, your open windows will cover them anyway. Here`a shot on a 40" 1080p monitor, If I move the gadgets here, then I would have to move them again on the 1440 x 900 monitor, now that`s a pain in the butt.

its really a pain. they should have a program or system update that fixes it. maybe i will start creating a program for that.
