Solved Gadgets will not show up properly.

My gadgets will not show up properly at all. I have messed around with Settings.ini to fix it, I have deleted it. I have done every known thing on the internet. I am running Windows 7 HP 64bit so I cannot use Local Group Policy Editor. I really need help for my beautiful gadgets.

You might see if using the BAT file in OPTION ONE in the tutorial below may be able to help.
