Games running slow ,with a good computer.

Hey . So recently i bought a new PC .It's verry good . 4GB Ram ,400HDD Space.. etc.
I just installed GTA San Andreas, but its running verry laggy .Also i installed another games ,but they run slow too .Even if i set low setting . Can you tell me why? I need to install NVIDIA ?
I dont have NVIDIA installed !

Like Computer said, we will need full system specs to find out if your system is good enough to run GTA and other games.

We need to see mainly your CPU and Video Card specs.
Also, is it lagging in-game multiplayer or in single player as well?

We need the full spec of the pc to help you out. What model is it? Like for example if it's like say a dell or hp ect what model? Should say on the side of the case or on the box the pc came in if it's a factory branded pc.
