This is a problem I only have after Windows does an update and needs to restart. It will boot up fine up to the login screen but after I login the screen will suddenly become a garbled technicolor mess a few seconds in and then the computer will crash and restart. Booting up in safemode does not reproduce the problem so I have a hunch that my video card and some change with windows update are not liking each other.
As a side note I wasn't able to include a health report in the attachment. I kept getting a path not found error dialogue popup.
