any time i try to run even the simplest of tasks from winamp, through to notepad, or even youtube, i get a bluescreen.
i can't play any games, i can't do anything without risking a crash. even if i just leave the pc on for a while, when i come back to it, it's at the login screen and then tells me it's crashed.

i've followed the sticky guide at the top of this forum, and attached the files it asks for.

thanks in advance :)

oh...
system is 2 years old, OS was formatted about 5 months ago (i think).
running win7 64 bit.

edit: don't know if this helps, but i've checked my event reports, and it has this;
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa8004f7a038, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\113010-22011-01.dmp. Report Id: 113010-22011-01.
i can upload the dump file if needed.

Lee, I cannot open the dump files. They appear to be corrupted. Follow these instructions and try uploading just the dumps again.

Here is an article on error code 124, which is a fatal hardware error: [2-Int] Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

I find two outdated drivers on your system that could be causing instability. Try updating these drivers.
09/03/2009 03:16:13 moufiltr.sys - Tablet Mouse Filter. Try updating this driver from Microsoft downloads.

09/01/2008 seehcri.sys - Sony Ericsson. Sony Ericsson Device 0016 (likely a phone). http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads. Sony Ericsson Device 0016 (likely a phone). http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads. This driver is obsolete. Update the driver or uninstall the software.

it was actually a driver issue, but a strange one...
when i first built my pc, i tried to get a 64bit wifi driver to work, with no success, so i switched to wired. that was the driver causing the conflict (i'm pretty sure), i've removed it and not crashed since.

thanks for the assistance guys :)
