Bug check 124 - Uncorrectable hardware fault.
This is becoming more and more common in AMD processors for some reason. It appears to be a processor buss fault but we need to rule out a few things first. Since you didn't include the necessary files, you'll have to do your own investigation.

That will be to check the motherboard mfg. site for a BIOS update and any motherboard chip set drivers including .INF files. Do NOT use generic drivers from other sites. These drivers will be motherboard specific for the AMD processor.

Next, be sure the processor is not over-clocked and that the processor has adequate cooling and air flow. Check for a build up of dust in the cabinet.

Just thought of another. If you have more than one CPU monitoring program, pick one and uninstall all the rest.

I'm not quite sure on how to do the first stuff you said. Could you please put it in a bit more detail and possibly help me find my motherboard?
