BSOD When Trying To Boot Into Windows 7 Install Media

Sorry about this, but I am trying to get Windows 7 to work on an old Core 2 Quad system. IDK what is wrong, but I cannot get Windows 7, Vista, or XP installed. Instead on boot-up I get a BSOD and a

0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFC00000005, 0xFFFFF800D2DAC5)
Or
0x0000007F (0x00000008, 0x801FA000, 0x00000000,0x00000000)

STOP code. Also I have tired Windows 7 Embedded Standard as I thought it has more drivers, but nothing works.

I HAVE:

• Updated the bios from version 205 to version 920
• Cleared the CMOS by removing the battery
• Tried Different PSU's
• Tried a diffrent kit of DDR 2 800 RAM that I know works
• Scanned the disk for errors (I know it works as I pulled it out of another PC)

I HAVEN'T:

• Tried Swapping the board
• Installed a new CPU

I have uploaded pictures from my phone of these BSOD's if that helps. I cannot post a mini dump file as this is Windows PE, and it does not store Minidump files (It's a DVD)

Could be a memory problem. Try booting with just one stick of ram

0x7F, double fault that couldn't be handled simultaniously, several common causes where 9 of them are related to hardware.

What are the specs of this system?
