Getting rid of safehomepage.com

When I open my google safehomepage.com comes up. I cannot get rid of this at all, it does not appear as a search engine, I cannot find it in my registry. Several different scans have failed to pick it up.
Any advice on getting rid of it?

What browser do you use?
Have you tried resetting your browser to remove safehomepage.com?


Also, what scans have you run? Do not want to repeat what you have already done.

I had groovnia I think is how its spelled and the page wouldn't go away, So I put in malwarebytes and it cleaned it off. I'm asking questions about this new system here today. They said it was a virus.
