Hello SIW2.

Thank you for this; I just installed this to my Vista and I would like to know if this can be moved to another system once it has been installed to a certain machine. I'm building a new system and will no longer use this machine; will I still be able (on the new machine only) to use this version? I couldn't find any info at Giveaway OTD.

Hi Ted,

No, sorry - the GAOTD apps. will only activate online in that given time period.

They will not reactivate if they are reinstalled later.

You can get the free version anytime - as far as I can see the only real diff. is that you have to run the free one manually - like you do with ccleaner at the end of every session. The free one is very good.

Of course , if you image your partition and restore the image later - the app. will still be there - same as if you use an imaging program to migrate to another hd.

I just installed the newer 2.10 version over the top of it and it keeps the free license, so will just keep updating the app. to the new versions as they come out.
