Google Arrow

Hello
I am sure this has been ask before but don't know what it is called to search for answer. How to get rid
of this, when using laptop its a real pain when your halfway down the page and then it goes back to top.
I have FF as my main but use Google sometimes for a fast find, I even tried to find a Greasemonkey script but no luck.

The only thing I've noticed is that this arrow appears only when I click the TAB key after doing a search. I find it rather useful because then I can use the arrow keys to quickly navigate down the page and press ENTER on the link I want to go to.
As long as I don't click the TAB key, I never see the arrow.
