google browser problem

hi all I have installed google chrome browser but when I click on its icon its asks for permision to run it every time also it shows a blue and yellow shield over the icon after running it I am the administrator on this laptop so why is this happening all help welcome thanks.

turn off UAC control, Or down it down. If your not an experienced user.
Also set program defaults to Google chrome. Make the browser you default.

Or, you can set the Programs Integrity Level to Medium for the Start Menu or Desktop

For desktop just substitute C:\>ICACLS "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Desktop" /Setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)M

Chances are a new User profile would also correct this, although it is a mystery why this happens in the first place. A Guy
