Updated fine here using the built in updater

It took me a while to get the new version to update. It would always say it was up to date. But it wasn't.

Still havent managed to install the Chrome 12 final but I was able to download the Chrome 13 beta offline standalone installer from File hippo.
If anyone dislikes the auto Google updater & wants to install the standalone version go to the normal Google download page & append
?standalone=1 to the end of the web address
