Solved Google Chrome Full Screen Problem

Google is not letting me full screen any YouTube video. It's only Google Chrome causing this problem because IE is letting me full screen YouTube videos. I have tried disabling adblock & disabling Adobe Flash Player and still it shows up like this:

Log on to your computer using another profile.
(perhaps enable the guest account)
Then test Chrome.
If it works, then you know your Chrome profile is bad or some plug-in barfed.

Or you can make a new Chrome profile for the W7 account that you are currently using.

What happens if you use the F11 key to toggle to full screen first,
Then use the players full screen button,
"Plug-in barfing" I hate when that happens
