Google Chrome won't run unless in admin account

I tried using Chrome portable. It'll run if after installation if I select Run Chrome when the installation is done. It will not run again, saying due to restrictions placed by the administrator. I went to the administrator and he installed the full version and it ran for him. However, it still won't run under my account.

Any ideas?

Did you try right-clicking the icon/shortcut and choosing Run as Administrator?
