Google Toolbar Autofill Doesn't Detect Fields Properly in IE10

I recently upgraded to IE 10 on my Windows 7 64 bit system. I have the most current Google Toolbar. I use the Autofill to fill in my e-mail address on various login screens. It works on some websites but not on others where it worked with IE9. An example is the Windows (Microsoft) Live login screen. Does this have to with the "tracking" feature introduced in IE 10?

ie10 added a feature if you notice it next to the password entry where if you click on the eye symbol you can see your actual password and not the dots,
It might be related ?
I don't use form fills or saved user name and password features in either ie10 or google toolbar so it's difficult to say,
All I can say is I'm sure your familiar with active x filtering and the Blue circle with the slash through it as an indicator it's on.
You can go to Internet options/ Advanced section/ And scroll down and see if Always send no tracking header ids checked I believe it's a default setting.
You might even test with the F12 key/ Browser mode and see if your using ie10 or comp-view and switch.
