Got some kind of problem with my PC

Ok.. good motherboard BTW.. the higher blue slot is where you want to move it to.. for future reference that is a PCIe x16 slot. Some graphics cards use the smaller PCIe slot (PCIe 1.0)

Exactly.. except with electronics, it doesn't even take enough static to make a spark to fry some components. Good luck.. and if you have any problems with getting the card to work after you move it, move it back, uninstall the driver for it and try again. Windows 7 is a bit oversensitive to changes in hardware configurations and will fail to start in some situations that weren't a problem in older versions of windows

at least im not clueless when it comes to putting parts where they are supposed to be, so i change the card without any problems.

now when i turned my PC on it went into lowest resolution and started installing drivers like mad, and i was told i had to restart PC again for card to work properly.

anything i should do now? run a stress test perhaps or any suggestions?

See how it works.. what you described is normal.
run furmark and see what the temperature stabilizes at after an hour or so.

I was playing one of my favorite games, recently, and I noticed a massive frame rate drop. So, I shut the game off and went to do something else for a while. Later, I came back and started the game again- it was fine for several minutes, then there was the frame rate drop again. I downloaded SpeedFan, which allows you to control the speeds of your fans (but it cant do that for my computer for some reason, it doesn't support my motherboard), and found out that after playing games my GPU was 100C! So, what I did was very simple: I put a little box under my computer, so that it was lifted a little into the air. My graphic card became much cooler immediately, the fan speed dropped, and I could play for hours without a frame rate loss! If you have a laptop, your problem might be fixed just that easily- find your fan (if you have multiple fans, look on the side of your laptop- find the VGA port, where you would connect an external monitor, and that is where your graphics card is- so find the fan next to the VGA port) and make sure that part of your laptop is lifted into the air at least 2 inches. For me, it totally solved the problem! If you don't have a laptop then I am sorry, I cannot help you.

This may be a no-brainer, but make sure you have the latest drivers for your card as well from here:

That is the specific link from the ATI site (even though it is an akamai.net domain) for the drivers for your system with your card.

it seems like moving the graphic card did it
however i have not been playing any games or run multiple applications on the PC after i moved it

but i think it solved the problem, so thanks for all the help

Always check your logs to see if Win7 gives up any clues as well: In Event Viewer>Custom>Admin View google repeat errors to resolve them. Ditto the Performace log on Advanced Tools page accessed by clicking WEI score (more clues) link at Computer>Properties. Look for cued issues at top of Tools page, Generate a System Health Report.

Type Problems into Start Search box and see if any solutions are available to probs reported or not.
