Graphic card problem? Repeated crash?

Hello,
This is my second post here. Unfortunately, the recent thread became inactive.

I've been experiencing crashes on my desktop of a solid colored screen and looping sound.

It's a blue screen error, I was given solutions like fur mark test and memory tests and they were all fine

Now the crashes became a little more often than before (once a day) and lately showing, instead of a colored solid screen, this (attached) checkered pattern comes,

Can anyone please help me find the root of the problem? Is it a hardware problem, just tell me what to do and I'll provide you with info with the best of my abilities

If it isn't overclock check the temps it may be overheating

if that is the case you might need to re apply thermal paste or send it in for it to be replaced

What is the acceptable range of temp?
