Graphics Card Problem - NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTS

I need to get another DVI-VGA adapter

I think it could be a conflict with the on board graphics can't find anywhere in the bios to disable the on board graphics.
The 8800 is now an older card so it might just have its heatsink clogged with dust. Open the case and remove the card and see if that helps. If not, the card needs to be replaced.
