Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit w/ Internet Explorer 9

I am attempting to disable the menu bar and enable a customized command bar in Internet Explorer through Group Policy. So far, I have found:

- "Turn on menu bar by default" GP setting: If disabled the "enforce full-screen mode" GP setting will be automatically enabled thus disabling the command bar.
- "[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main] "AlwaysShowMenus"=dword:00000000 : This will not disable the menu bar IF "hide command bar" GP is disabled
- Have tried the registry item to turn of menu bar and registry item to turn on command bar but the menu bar is still shown.

Has anyone had experiece with this configuration?

Do you have a I.T. department?

You should with Enterprise. I would contact them with your problem.
