GTA 4 Minimum System Requirements

• Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz or equivalent AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
• Memory/RAM: 1GB for XP and 1.5GB for Vista
• Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 or 256MB ATI X1900
• Hard Disk Space: 16GB free

It will play but with those specs probably at mid to lower settings. I believe you will need a new power supply for that card though (500 watt minimum).

youd struggle with your current processor. A core 2 duo is much faster than a pentium dual core, so it may not even run.

GTA is very CPU intensive as most of the game is rendered on it, leaving little to the GPU.
