@angeloelibz24: The problem is not with the Mouse drivers. It's an Windows Problem because the game was made for Windows ME and XP not for Vista or Win 7.
@Cristianob: When you play with Compability Modus for Win 98 the savegames and User Tracks are stored in C:\Users\Public\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files. I play it with compability modus on vista too and I had that same problem.
