GTA VICE VICTY PC PROBLEMS!!

hey guys am trying to install gta vice city on to my 64bit home premium operative system but for someone reason i keep get this "THE PROGRAM OR FEATURE "\??\C:\USERS\PC\DESKTOP\GTA VICE CITY\PC_GTA.VICECITY-RIP-\GTA VICECITY\P.EXE" CANNOT START OR RUN DUE TO INCOMPATABILITY WITH 64BIT VERSIONS OF WINDOWS.PLEASE CONTACT THE SOFTWARE VENDOR TO ASK IF A 64-BIT WINDOWS COMPATABILE VERSION IS AVAILABLE "error cana ny of you guys help me out this error occurs right be for it is done exctractin the files... plzzz help....

Try and run the exe of the game under compatibilty mode and even look for a possible patch which could perhaps address the problem.
