GTX 660, Artifacts while playing CS:GO

What started of as only artifacts on CS:GO is starting to turn into artifacts on other games as well. Mainly BF3, World of tanks. I also get "DirectX function :GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG: Device ung due to badly formed commands ..GPU "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 ",Driver 33523." while playing BF3.
I however do not get any artifacts while playing games like League of legends or Civ 5

firstly update your nvidia driver to the latest version, or roll back if youve recently upgraded it.

secondly do a ram test, artifacts in games is a classic sign of dying ram.

I just did a memory test and no errors were found, I have tried multiple drivers and still no solution :/

About 3 minutes after actual play I crash this is the results that I GPU log gave.

With a GTX 660, you want to keep the temp below 70C. Use a program like afterburner, or firestrike to set up a fan curve. Look at step 4 in this tutorial

I have clocked up the speeds of the fan, but even while playing CS:GO, the temperature of the card seems to be up so high, my fan is going at about 80% and barely keeping the card at 70 degrees, with less than 5 minutes of play. Is there something wrong with the fan, or my graphics card which is making it run so hot?

Is the gpu overclocked? If so lower the settings. Also lower the game settings and see if that helps. Try turning the fan up to 90%.

How long have you had the card?

What brand is it?

It is not overlocked by myself, but came in superclocked from the manufacturer. EVGA. I had the card for 1.5 years so its still within warranty, I have tried lowering it to the lowest it just takes longer for artifacts to show up

Since it is under warranty you should contact EVGA about an RMA.
