BSOD(0x00000116 & 0x0000003b) while playing CS:GO & Dota 2
Hello, I'm new to this forum. Stumbled upon it while searching for a solution to my problem. All help is appreciated, so this is thanks in advance!
Here's what happened;
I was playing CS:GO and I disconnected, I ran CS again, and I got the BSOD. This repeated twice more.. I downloaded a program to see what's the bug check code and got 0x00000116.
And here's some other information that you guys might need in order to help me;
1. This computer was built a few days ago with the help of my friend (I am a complete idiot in this field).
2. Worked fine for a few days.
3. Plays Dota 2 and does casual web surfing with no problem.
4. If you need information about my hardware, I included everything in my forum profile
Once again, thanks in advance..
P.S. I saw a similar thread while searching through this forum, but he uses an nVidia GPU while mine is an AMD.. So I'm not sure if the same fix works.
Update: So it happened again. This time while I was playing Dota 2.. Also, this time there was a different Bug Check Code (0x0000003b). This leads me to wonder if the other 2 times that the BSOD happened had different Bug Check Codes as well.. I was impatient back then and pushed my restart button rather than letting the computer restart on it's own, so there are no minidump files that were saved.. Anyways, the 2nd attachment is for the one that happened today..
