Hanging at startup, Safemode OK

Exactly lets hope it just a driver issue. I've heard of these kind of problems when updating drivers sometimes but this seems to be an extreme case if that's what it turns out to be.

Well that was the worst driver known issue I have ever experienced. My sli is up and running and I am on 306.97. I am going to stay away from the 310.XX drivers, nothing but trouble with them, and no performance increase for me. Lets hope this stays fixed.

Well, not quite, sli worked fine, then i restarted and now if I have sli enabled my primary monitor which is attached to my top card will not dsiplay, yet the secondary monitor which is on my bottom card will display. If I have sli disabled they both display fine. Theyre both set to the same clocks as well, so I have no clue what the problem could be, possibly the sli bridge?

So i enabled sli and did a print screen. It showed both of my monitors displays, even though I could not physically see it my computer was still rendering it. I am going to move my primary monitor to another video output and see if that helps.

My understanding is that with a Crossfire/SLi set up both monitors must be plugged into the primary GPU only.

I had it in this configuration before and it worked flawlessly, also, the primary gpu is the one that ISN'T displaying anything, which is odd. I will have to screw around with it some more but this is just absurd.
