GetDataback shows all your folders and files in the third 2TB drive. You can open those files and check the integrity of the files. If OK then my advise would be to buy a license for GetDataback Simple and copy the data. I wouldn't like to venture or ask you to venture into any other adventure given the complexity of the problem. What PW shows is mindboggling and it is near impossible to make any sense out of that to find a way. My head just twirls.
