Hard Drive filling up overnight

For some reason my hard drive is filling overnight and I can't figure out why. There is no heavy process that I can see with task manager. I can even look for large files (using tree view) and I don't see any one large file that has filled the drive. Even if I clear like 30G of space it will fill up.

How can I find out what is filling the drive?
