Hard drives not recognized at w7 clean install

Trying to clean install w7/32 booting from dvd and USB stick, in both cases same result, no HDD recognized.(DVD works fine on defferent computer)
BIOS detects two HDD (WD800JB and WS250JB) and two ROM drives. Everything is working properly in XP/SP3
Passed extended test of primary HDD with manufacturer Diagnostic Tool. No bad sectors.
Please help!

Unplug one HD and wipe the other with Diskpart Clean command: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Where did you get Win7?

Thanks, following your instructions, at diskpart, List Disk got "There are no fixed disks to show"
DVD is a good one from a trashed computer, tried just a few hours ago on other pc.

Diskpart sees neither HD?

Is your mobo 64 bit capable? Are you booting the Win7 installer?

If XP is still working please post back a screenshot of your maximized Disk Mgmt drive map with listings: Screenshot with Paint

If no XP Try booting free Partition Wizard bootable CD, post back a camera snap or drive listings. Wipe the HD then create a Primary partition, mark it Active, boot Win7 installer to try install.

If you have an older IDE controller it may need to have its driver loaded into installer to recognize HD's.

Only have master drive connected as per inst.
W7 advisor passed for 32 only.
screenshot included. Yes, XP works OK.
How can I find IDE controller? probably it was the original one, never updated.

Are you booting the installer? Try that first. Post back exactly when it fails and any error message: Clean Install Windows 7

If so try running it from XP after freeing up another 3-4 gigs of space.

Look in XP Device Manager under IDE controllers to see what the make/model is. If this fails google your computer or mobo model specs to determine this.

My guess is the the drive is smallish 80 GB, thus it might older...Check for a master / slave switch (might be a jumpter wire or a toggle switch) on the back of the drive. Make sure the drive is set to master.

HDD is 80GB and jumper was set to master.
Couldn't find better IDE controllers when trying to update drivers at Device Manager. Also, I put those drivers on a cd but installer didn't accept them at Load Drivers option.
Only other option as suggested is to install w7 from XP. Don't know if w7 will run exactly as a clean install.

Run the installer from C to overwrite C to see what happens, report back exact error message or camera snap.

In the first few steps of the install during the lame question and answer jive it gives the option to load any 3rd party RAID/HD/IDE drivers. You can do this by inserting the install dvd, and a usb drive with the driver for the IDE controller.
