"has stopped working" on starting apps ;can't install SF Diagnost Tool

Since yesterday when I try to launch several applications they don't work and show "... has stopped working" error message. They had been working perfectly before. I didn't change or install anything. They just stopped working.

So far I found these apps not working:
DS3_Tool.exe
LANoirelauncher.exe
FIFA13Demo.exe
Xbox 360 Controller Manager.exe

I reinstalled every aplication several times, also reinstalled .NET Framework, graphics drivers, scanned whole pc with KIS 2013, CCleaner, jv16 Power Tools and performed a SFC Scan. Didn't help.

I can't also install SF Diagnostic Tool. The following error message appers:
"This tool will collect the logs files required to troub has stopped working"

Does anyone know how can I fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

extremely unusual.

Use this procedure and see if you don't have more restore points:
RESTORE TO A PREVIOUS SYSTEM RESTORE POINT
1) WIN | type SYSTEM RESTORE | ENTER | NEXT
| Choose a different restore point radio button | NEXT
2) Show more restore pointscheckbox (lower left)
3) Highlight the desired restore point
4) Scan for affected programs(lower right)make a note of affected programs
5) CLOSE | NEXT | FINISH

last restore point is at 16:26:44 09-16-2012 when I was reinstalling Microsoft .NET Framework

well here is what you do:

You choose the most recent restore point and try using it.
If that doesn't give you back a stable system, then try bht one before that one and see if all is ok.
You just keep working back until you've exhausted the list.

You need to use the snipping tool rather taking a snapshot of the screen.

Here is how:

ABER (but), I'm afraid that the end result will be a 100% clean install using a procedure we have here that works!

Here is the first step to try:

Run the System File Checker, SFC.

The quick-how to is:
Go to an elevated command prompt and run:
SFC /SCANNOW

I don' think I have any COA. I didn't buy a PC with Windows preinstalled. I have only activated product key.

This is an MAK Volume License - from where did you acquire it?
Such licenses are usually Upgrades only, unless supplied through limited outlets or direct from MS.
If you bought it Retail (i.e. from an ordinary store or an individual), then it's a counterfeit.
