have a problem with installation windows seven on Acer inspire 7720G

So, have a problem with installation windows seven on Acer inspire 7720G... i can't install it, some people told me that for this notebook is just windows vista, and you can't install windows seven or windows XP, but i don;t belive them.. please help me

I would Check the PC with the Upgrade Advisor:

As theog says, run the Upgrade advisor, but judging from the specs alone it will very happily run Win 7 - installing XP would require drivers for the SATA disk.

Acer's website contains any drivers you may need for WIn 7 - so you should be good to go
