Having trouble removing a pesky driver

I installed the RPG game, The Witcher, onto the hard drive of my Windows 7 Pro notebook. The game runs in XP and Vista but I hoped it would run in Windows 7. Well, it doesn't. So, I uninstalled it. Now, whenever I boot into Win 7, I get this annoying pop-up:

Things I've tried so far:
(1) Ran registry cleaner in JV PowerTools.
(2) Ran "fix and clean my computer" in JV PowerTools.
(3) Selected the "show hidden devices/drivers" in Device Manager and unistalled those drivers I'm no longer using.

None of the above worked. So, how can I stop the above message from appearing every time I boot in to Win 7? Where can I locate the problem driver and uninstall it?

You can please try restoring your system to a time before you installed the Witcher or better still if you have imaged your System Volume Drive then restore the earlier image. That is what images are for.

Otherwise please reinstall W 7 and start all over again.
