Thanks mate. It was an impulse 'rage buy' after trying one crappy driver too many

I'll never buy another x2 card again. They're just too much of a pita.

I'm not ruling out going SLI/Crossfire with the next gen cards, but for now I'm very happy with this card and getting back to 'single GPU' basics.

I had a buyer lined up for it, but the deal fell through

I'll offload it eventually.

lol ,that's not a pinto that is a mid range /most people i know of ,friends and families machines score wouldn't be a fraction of that ......

Be proud you have a mustange but not the GT model......

Also being a Laptop you get tottal coolness points cause all the laptops i own are old and obsolette

Here we go now that my system seems to want to play ball with me

First is in the normal, second I turned the settings up a tad. Both done on standard clocks and in crossfireX

Will try it with the cards OC'd a bit and see what happens

We kind of agreed that for "comparisions" sake we'd use a "standard" res of 1280x1024 to compare scores.

Not saying you can't post others but for comparisions 1280x1024 gives us something to go by.

Not bad at all. What cards are those - your specs don't say, and the hardware section just tells me they're 6800 series cards. So.... 6850's of 6870's?
