HD Tune Health Check Warning - Reason to Worry?

Today I checked my Hard Drive with HD Tune and it gave warning.
I have provided a picture of the warnings.
Is there reasons to worry?

I would suggest to scan the drive with hard drive's manufacturer's tool. BTW, which HDD are you using?

I am using SAMSUNG Spinpoint M8 st500lm012 hn-m500mbb

You can use ES-Tool. This is for Samsung drives.

I would be very concerned about the Drive Calibration Retry Count. Backup asap and look at getting a new replacement drive.

The Current Pending Sector Count could be a serious problem but not necessarily. Your drive shows a count of 1 and that's not that uncommon. All drives have spare sectors to remap if needed.
